Codeless Founder is a small-build project by Ian Rickard.
It exists to help non-technical founders, no-code builders and AI-assisted makers make better decisions before they build too much.
The problem
It is easy to get excited by an idea and immediately start building the full version.
That is where many projects become expensive, unclear or too large to finish.
The approach
Codeless Founder focuses on practical decision-support tools, scope-control workflows and small-build thinking.
The site is not trying to be a broad no-code directory. It is for checking ideas, cutting unnecessary scope and choosing a smaller useful first version.
What belongs here
Codeless Founder can include business tools, productivity tools, small games, creative prototypes and interactive resources, as long as they support the same core aim:
Build smaller, test sooner and avoid fantasy scope.
